Our international coverage includes Canada, Costa Rica, England, France, United Kingdom, Haiti and Mexico.
We are looking for an upbeat person to be the face/voice of Crest Foods for a portion of our customer base.
Our account specialists need to be good at multitasking as they manage all customer relations.
Primary Job
Responsibilities:
Receive and enter orders on time and accurately Keep the customer updated on any changes to their order or their account Track orders from placement until delivery Oversee customers order patterns to prevent rush orders Onboard new customers Listen to customer's needs, understand, and take quick action Process customer invoices daily; AS400, EDI and SAP Create formal letters in Word and distribute to the Customer and Sales Department Create and validate Customer sales reports in Excel Core Competencies:
Customer Service or Administrative Experience 1-3 years (preferred) GED equivalent (required) - Associates (preferred) Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft programs Excellent problem solving/math skills Strong interpersonal communication skills Must be very detail oriented The ability to work well with minimal supervision and in a team atmosphere The ability to lift 30-50 lb packages that we ship from our facility Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
